Ultrapex Cement Primer Exterior

PURPOSE

It is specially formulated and manufactured for interior application. It is based on styrene acrylic emulsion, which is highly flexible, soft film and alkali resistance too. It has outstanding adhesion power on a substrate with uniform nature. So it stands for a long period in extreme climatic conditions.

INGREDIENTS

It contain world class styrene acrylic emulsion, micro fine minerals, high performance additives, silicones lncan and dry film preservatives are added to achieve optimum performance like. High opacity, coverage, smooths and uniform finish are its special features.

APPLICATION

Before applying the Primer, the surface should be free dust, dirt, grease, oil, fungi and algae infestations. Repair all surface defects with appropriate Crack filler or wall putty. Two coats of Cement Primer are recommended for best results.
